TRUTH OR LIE?  YES OR NO?

Do you have a consistent way of telling truth from lies?

Your own internal 'yes' from your own internal 'no'?

Here is how:

First locate your internal signal in one of the two following ways:

1.    Can you remember a time when you told a lie to someone you love?  We've all done it. 

Check inside to see how your body feels when you think of this. You will probably feel a sense of contraction, heaviness or tightness somewhere in your torso. 

Did you find it?  Good.

That feeling of contraction, heaviness or tightness is how it feels when we lie. It can also be interpreted as a "no" signal.

The opposite is a feeling of expansion, lightness or relaxation. This could be called a "yes" signal.

Sometimes there are chills or involuntary tears in the eyes. For me, this usually happens when something is very important or very true. I call the tears "Truth Tears." (My mother taught me that one.)

2.    Ask yourself simple math questions, such as:

Is one plus one two?  (for a 'yes' or truth answer test)

or

Is one plus one forty-nine? (for a 'no' or lie answer test)

Repeat this with several very easy, very obvious math questions until you recognize the pattern of the feelings in your body corresponding to truth/yes and lie/no.

 

NOW, WHAT CAN YOU DO WITH THIS?

Anything. 

You can notice when you are lying and when you are telling the truth. If you find yourself feeling that contraction/ heaviness/ tightness, ask yourself what the Truth is and get clear.

You can ask yourself whether or not something is for your Highest Good. That's a yes/no question.  

        Is it for my Highest Good (fill in the blank)?

Sometimes you want to include a timeframe:

        Is it for my Highest Good (fill in the blank) on January 10?

Sometimes you want to include others:

        Is it for the Highest Good of all concerned (fill in the blank)?

 

I recommend you test it for a while with little things as you get used to noticing these feelings/answers in yourself. 

There are also ways to relax the contraction feeling and find a place of expansion and spontaneity beyond the lies.

Once you get used to noticing the expansion/contraction in your body, you will notice that it happens often, even when you were not conscious of asking questions. Notice this and pay attention. This is one of Spirit's ways of speaking to you and answering your questions.

BEYOND DUALITY

Now that you have found these "signals" in your body, how do we step out of duality to that place that just "is," that place of spontaneous knowing and creation? 

Steven Sashen teaches something he calls "Re-Pairing," which is part of his Quantum Wealth workshop (see http://www.quantumwealth.com for information).

It goes like this:

Find a pair of opposites in any question or situation in your life. Things like self/other, or wanting/having or alone/connected or confusion/clarity or even fantasy/reality. 

Notice that each one of them requires the other to exist. They cannot exist apart from each other. Steven likens these to a coin. Head cannot exist without tails. Find the sense of "coin-ness" where you notice the whole coin.

The first time you do this stand up and find a place in the room that to you feels like one of your pair of opposites. Doesn't matter where. We're making it up anyway. Really feel your feelings about "need" or whatever your duality pair is. (Later you can hold your hands out and imagine one in each hand.) 

Then find another place that feels like the other of your pair. Stand in it a while and really feel what that feels like. Walk back and forth between them until you have really felt each one fully. 

Now you're going to move to a third place that feels like the place from which your opposites spring. Feel that third place. Get your whole body to feel that third place. This is a physical sensation. There is no denying it when you feel it. You will know. 

Steven says, "Feel the Re-paired-ness fully." 

From this point you are operating from wholeness, rather than duality. You can do this with any situation or issue that confronts you. See what arises next from this state. It is a very different and very whole, congruent way to act and make choices where choices actually seem to make themselves naturally.

 

A GOOD QUESTION TO ASK YOURSELF

What is the congruent response of my being to this situation?

Check all of you:  

 Physical, emotional, mental, intuitive, financial, sexual, etc.
